I'm not going to tell you guys what to think in regards to politics... but keep an eye on the bills governing Internet usage that are floating around out there. There's some nasty ideas that have been spread around and a few of them even heading towards congress aggressively backed by greed and power. If you're a member of Demand Progress or another action group that petitions against these bills, you can make a big difference by clicking through their emails and just sending the standard message to your senators and representatives. This may seem like a big topic for a pony group, but honestly, being that we're housed on the internet, the life of our group and many other things we all enjoy (including all those great Pony Music Vids on Youtube) depend on bills like this one not passing.

Again, I'm not going to try to tell you guys what to think about a political movement... But if you don't agree with the bills being pushed, fighting them is the only way to stop them from becoming your reality. And if you don't know what bills are being pushed... then you have no chance to fight for keeping your lifestyle. Sites like Demand Progress (and some others I can't remember offhand) will email you updates on all the backwards nonsense people try to push at Capitol Hill and give you a simple link and a few clicks to taking action against them. I recommend anypony be a part of such a group at least. It's just a simple way of protecting your own way of life here on the web.

americancensorship.org < Here is one place you can easily protest the bill. You just enter your name, email and address then click submit. That's all you have to do. You can share it on your social networks afterward if you want to help spread the message.
